Returns & Exchanges
At Primrose Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original Primrose branded packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a padded mailing envelope.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
